He is an ITI qualified professional and worked with major engineering companies like “Addition, Simson, Bimetal bearings for almost 10 years with extensive knowledge in providing services to various problems that automobile industry may face. He himself started this own organization with single tool & cutter machine.

Today:

Swasthikaa engineering and Enterprises is one of the leading small scale industry in providing services to the automobile industries under the leadership of E.karthik.B.com.,MBA we are one of the Renowned suppliers of automobile services in Hosur industrial area by providing multiple service to major companies like TVS Ashok Leyland extra.

Today it emerges as one of the leading small scale industry by providing employment opportunities to more than 10 peoples with multiple machines to cater various requirements.

We provide multiple services to automobile industry with utmost care and focus.We are specialized in:

Tube cutting:

1. Straight cutting

Specialized in straight cutting up to 100 mm OD

Thickness up to 7 mm

Length up to 3meter

1. Tapper (or) Degree cutting   

Specialized cross cutting up to 100 mm OD

Thickness up to 5 mm

Angle 0-90 Degree

Length up to 3meter.

More importantly paper cutting can be customized as per customer requirements

Re-sharpening:

specialized in Re-sharpeningand reconditioning that is called Bolding of slitting saw HSS blades up to 450 mm OD 4mm thickness maximum.

6.Shed profile:

          We have 6500 square feet industrial type production area and 100 square feet administration office with RCC roofing building which 40 HP power supply in non-traffic area to do loading and unloading without disturbance.

So we can store up to 300 tons of raw material with safe mode under CCTV surveillance.

7.Manpower:

 We are having 11 skilled and 15 Semi skilled operator andlabors with us currently.

8.Machineries:

1. Cobra 500 - 4 machines (per shift 5-10 tons cutting can be done)
2. Deburring machine -1 nos (can remove ID and OD Burr 5000 nos per shift)
3. special purpose angle cutting machine-1 nos(from anywhere between 0 to 90 degree per Swift 2000 to 3000 cuttings can be done)
4. Semi-automatic Re-sharpening machine – 1 nos (10-15 blades can sharp per shift)
5. Tool and cutter machine -1 nos(for blades Bolding)
6. CO2 welding machine -1 nos (for automobile fabrication)
7. Arc welding machine -1 nos (for civil fabrication)
8. Fully automated CNC cutting machine -1 nos (can cut up 200mm OD and 7 mm thickness)

9.Management and ownership:

          At present Swasthikaa engineering and Enterprises is managed by Mr.E.karthik.B.com.,MBA., who having more then 11 year’s experience in this same fieldin providing service and focusing on new projects is leveraging is educational and experience to take the organization to the next level.
